No Returns for Opened Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items. Please verify your purchase before opening the product.
Returns for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly process a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original unopened packaging.
- You must notify us immediately upon receiving the package, providing photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
- Approved claims will be eligible for an exchange only; no refunds will be issued.
How to File a Claim

- Include your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used perfumes, even if they appear partially used.
